Carl Rashad Jaeger is the Creative Director at Artemis Film. He rides his bike around the city and countryside of the Bay Area believing that this brings him closer to the world about which he loves to tell stories. Every time he rides, he gets to ponder the images, characters and stories all around him.

Prior to the film “We”, Carl has worked mostly in television, on shows such as “Great Outdoors”,” Rachael Ray”, “MoneyTrack” “The Jane Pauley Show” and many others. He has directed TV commercials and videos for California Family Fitness, The Robert Mondavi Winery, The Hispanic Scholarship Fund, McKesson, AT&T and other companies across the globe.

He earned his MBA from Dartmouth College, and before working in film, was the Vice President of Marketing for North and South America for Southcorp Wines (The Penfolds Wine Group), a brand manager at Nestle, and a strategic planning consultant for APM in New York.

Carl is originally from West Milford, New Jersey where he rode his bicycle to deliver newspapers to save money for college. And sometimes he bought those little Hostess fruit pies at the country store he would pass on his paper route. That is a story for another time.

He makes his home in San Francisco with his two children Juliana and Jason.

Gary Schillinger cut his teeth as a teenager filming local events, sports, and concerts, eventually producing a weekly television show which enjoyed diverse cable viewership in Colorado. After taking time off to be a guitar player, he began producing the San Francisco Hip Hop Dancefest DVD and filmed for “Xingolati : The Groove Cruise of the Pacific”. He iscurrently the Produciton Manager for Artemis Film.

Martín Rossetti grew up in the film world by watching and eventually working for his parent’s production company; producing educational and documentary films. He got his first big break with a grant from SFSU to direct and produce his first documentary, “A Moral Debt,” which was viewed on PBS as well as many film festivals around the world. Just fresh out of college, he already has a bountiful amount of experience and skills under his belt including music videos, television, and feature films. On his free time he likes to blaze the concrete jungle on his vintage peugeot road bike, go adventure hunting with his girlfriend Apple and their dog, Luna(tic), or simply immerse himself in all the cultures the world has to offer.
